Course Objectives This global degree course is designed to equip students
for careers in purchasing, materials, and logistics management. The course is
unique in that it offers all areas of a business degree, in addition to the
specialised field of purchasing and logistics management. This global degree
is also offered in Europe and Course Structure The course is normally offered on a part-time trimester
basis, covering 24 subjects over 48 month period. Advanced standing is
granted to students with SIPMM diploma qualifications and they will require
to undertake only 10 subjects over a 20-month period. Those with other
recognised qualifications may be considered for advanced standing on a
case-by-case basis, subject to approval of the University Admissions
Board. Upon
successful completion of this global degree, 120 Competency Merit Points
(CMPs) will be awarded, and graduates shall have advanced standing for the
designated SIPMM Competency Awards as either the Accredited Practitioner or Certified Practitioner. Listing of Subjects under Advanced
