Course Objectives

This short course is designed to equip students with the principles and practical knowledge required in the administration and management of a contract. 

Course Structure

This is a 5-week course comprising fundamental technical commercial and legal aspects in contract administration and management. The programme combines a blend of formal instructions, interactive discussions, case studies, visual aid presentation and written assignments intended to allow students to solve practical problems associated with contract management.
