Course Objectives

This short course is designed to equip students with the principles and practical knowledge required to plan and control inventory. 

Course Structure

This is a 5-week course comprising fundamental studies and techniques in inventory management. The programme combines with a blend of formal instructions, interactive discussions, case studies, audio-visual presentation, practical demonstrations and written assignments intended to allow students to solve practical problems.
