Objectives This short course is designed to equip students with the principles and practical knowledge required to negotiate a purchase effectively.

Structure This is a 4-week course comprising fundamental studies on the practical components of a negotiation. The programme combines with a mix of audio-visual presentations, brainstorming, discussions and role-plays. Assessment is based on a study application project and a written test at the end of the course.
