LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT

Course Objectives

This course aims to equip executives and junior managers at corporate level, with the knowledge and techniques of logistics and trade operations, purchasing and production planning, and warehousing for effective management of their organisations.

Course Structure

The course comprises 3 study modules and a project module. Students will undertake three subjects in module 1, two subjects in module 2 and three subjects in module 3. Upon successful completion of the study modules, they will complete a project in the final module.
