SIPMM has been very successful in facilitating and designing specialised training-cum-exchange programmes in purchasing, logistics, materials and supply chain management for local and overseas staff.  In most of our training programmes, we include educational field visits/plant tours to our local companies (and their plants) as one of the modular highlights in the training itinerary.  Senior delegates from countries such as BHUTAN, INDIA, BANGLADESH, MONGOLIA, OMAN, just to name a few, who participated in our recent training-cum-exchange programmes were impressed with the successes and achievements of our local companies when they visited the plants in Singapore.
