

“Regular contacts with professional bodies after
attaining the academic qualifications have enabled think tanks to update
themselves. This provides a cross-border
understanding of supply chain management, purchasing, logistics, inventory and
warehousing. One needs to keep making deposits in the knowledge bank so that
one can withdraw when there is a need.
This dynamic world of supply chain evolution necessitates a constant
search for best practices.
The rapid change in
the international supply environment put demands upon managers to make constant
learning a prerequisite to ensure professional competence. I am delighted to

“During these 12 years in the logistics and
supply chain field for local manufacturing and distribution center, I have been
dealing with all kinds of challenges facing the ever-increasingly competitive
global business environment. As a result, today’s employees (including myself)
essentially need to deal with issues like companies moving to a lower cost country,
